Return & Refund Policy

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Underwear, marked final-sale items and customised pieces cannot be returned for hygiene or production reasons.

Email the address on our Contact page with your order number and the item you are returning. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending the item. We will confirm whether a prepaid label is available for that return.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was mislabelled by the brand.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full.
