Terms of Service

Prices are shown in the store currency and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email.

We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item sells out or a price is clearly misprinted). If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Garment measurements are taken from reviewed product information and, where stated, physical sample checks. Fit scores are estimates produced by our scoring model. They are provided in good faith but are not a guarantee of fit.

The evidence level and available garment measurements are shown with each product. Fit guidance does not replace checking those measurements against a garment you already own.

Product names, imagery and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners. Private sourcing references are retained for order fulfilment and are not displayed as customer-facing product content.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
