Shipping Policy

We first confirm the selected product and variant with the supplier. The item may then travel to a mainland China consolidation warehouse for receipt and onward shipping. The product page and checkout show the current estimated processing window; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If stock, price or the selected variant changes before purchase, we will not silently substitute another item. We will contact you with the available cancellation or approval options.

Orders ship by Cainiao consolidated air economy from the supplier's warehouse to your door. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from order; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Item prices do not include shipping. Shipping is charged once per order at checkout and is calculated from the combined weight of the parcel on the carrier's rate card, so adding pieces to one order costs less per piece than ordering them separately.

Orders of 3 or more pieces receive 10% off the pieces in that order.

Rates reflect the selected route and may include consolidation. Tracking is provided when the international parcel is dispatched. Consolidation, customs and final-mile carrier events can affect the estimate, and a multi-item order may ship in more than one parcel when disclosed to you.

Applicable Canadian sales taxes are shown at checkout. The checkout will state whether import duty, brokerage and other border charges are included in the amount paid or may be collected on delivery. We will not describe a route as duties-paid unless those charges are included.
